Chuck's path to Blue Collar Consulting
With over 30 years of leadership experience in government Health and Human Service agencies, Chuck Price, MS has dedicated their career to driving meaningful change and building resilient, people-centered organizations. Serving in roles ranging from Director to Deputy Director across social services, human services, and community mental health, they have developed a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face in high-stakes environments.

Today, Chuck leads Blue Collar Consulting, partnering with agencies across the country including in Wisconsin, North Carolina, Arizona, and Kentucky to strengthen leadership teams and enhance organizational effectiveness. Their work is grounded in a trauma-informed, resilience-based approach, offering tailored support through group facilitation, one-on-one coaching, and practical tools for navigating complexity. They believe that strong leadership is rooted in connection, trust, and joy, and are passionate about helping leaders show up with authenticity and purpose, because when leaders thrive, organizations do too.

Outside of work, Chuck enjoys Milwaukee Brewers baseball, hitting the gym and the golf course, and exploring local breweries. These moments of joy and balance serve as a reminder that leadership, like life, is about blending structure with spontaneity and strategy with heart.
