Diane Cable, MSW, is a Strategic Leadership Consultant highly skilled in supporting leaders, teams, and organizations through complex change initiatives. Known for her thoughtful, present, and visionary approach, Diane cultivates space for deeper engagement and strategic thinking, resulting in impactful and sustainable outcomes. While not formally certified as an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Trainer, Diane brings extensive experience with the OE process and is a seasoned facilitator who leads with clarity and care.

With a strong background in youth justice, corrections, child welfare, and Human Services, Diane offers valuable insights and expertise to every project she joins. Her relational leadership style fosters trust and psychological safety, allowing leaders and teams to engage in meaningful dialogue and co-create pathways to success.
