Sherrie Nichols, MS, LMFT has 18 years of experience as a mental health therapist where she spent almost 14 years in Wisconsin County human services as a therapist and behavioral health manager. As a therapist, she provided comprehensive support for children and their families and worked to create long lasting change. As a manager, she oversaw mental health and substance use programs including crisis response and wraparound programs. While her work stretches across the lifespan, Sherrie also has specialized training in Infant, Early Childhood and Family Mental Health. Sherrie is a highly effective leader with a proven track record of cultivating healthier and more productive teams.​
Sherrie brings a unique and valuable perspective to her work as a clinically trained systems therapist. Beyond her direct service experience, she is a passionate advocate for professional development through coaching and experiential learning. Her clinical background equips her to see both the big picture of organizational systems and the crucial small details of individual interactions. She is committed to facilitating ah-ha moments that empower individuals to excel as both colleagues and leaders.
