At Blue Collar Consulting, we don’t arrive with frameworks, programs, or prescribed answers. We create protected, agenda-free space where leaders can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what they already know.
When the noise settles, clarity has a way of emerging on its own. Decisions become simpler. Direction becomes steadier. Leadership feels more grounded, and more human.

Our Story
We’re Chuck Price and Brooke Sena, two professionals brought together by purpose and passion. Our journey began in 2020, when we met while working at the same organization and instantly clicked. What started as a strong working relationship quickly grew into a powerful partnership rooted in trust, shared values, and a drive to make a difference. The spark for Blue Collar Consulting was lit during one of our favorite traditions: road trips through the breathtaking mountains of Northern California. On a drive back to Chico from the coastal town of Crescent City, we found ourselves deep in conversation about our careers, our dreams, and the kind of impact we wanted to make. That’s when our vision truly came to life.
What began as a conversation evolved into a calling, a way to combine our complementary skills and lived experiences to help organizations grow through resiliency-based and trauma-informed transformation. With a seamless working dynamic and a shared commitment to authenticity, the decision to launch our own consulting firm came naturally. We’ve reached a point in our careers where we’re excited to pour our energy into what we’re most passionate about: helping others create healthier, more connected spaces where people can thrive.
Our name and logo reflect everything we stand for. “Blue Collar” embodies the values we live by: reliability, hard work, integrity, and authenticity. The dog in our logo is a nod to our love for dogs and reminds us to lead with heart, and a little bit of playfulness. Even serious work should be approached with heart and humor. The colors in our logo are intended to represent the blending of our personalities. Blue stands for being compassionate, kind-hearted, honest, and relationship based. Orange is for being bold, confident, adventurous, and fun. By reflecting on our name, logo, and origin story, we hope that our peers will be able to gather a strong sense of who we are and what we stand for.
